I worked with Binny’s to redefine their app services to extend online ordering for in-store and curbside pick-up during the course of COVID-19 pandemic. This was key to growing Binny’s business and customer base, as the pandemic encouraged a spike in liquor purchases and a revision of purchase points due to social distancing and mask laws.
